Shipping is a key activity for the Group in supporting its trading operations. The fleet is maintained and operated to the Oil Major standards and the vessels hold various Oil Major Approvals. The Group operates Bitumen tankers of up to 5,000 MT capacity and regularly charters in additional tonnage. The Group has access to and handles larger tonnage (including upto 20,000 MT capacity and above) whenever required by customers.

Richmond also charters dry cargo vessels (Panamax and Handymax) for shipping products such as Steel, Metcoke, Limestone and Coal.
